Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Jersey Mirror has been a follower in the industry and strives to maintain customer satisfaction rate. We are a passionate team, with innovative production processes and equipment that allows us to guarantee print & embroidery quality.
Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free after sales experience. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you solve the problem.
OUR GUARANTEE MAKES IT QUICK AND EASY:
If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
If for any reason we try and are unable to print or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
You choose Shipping for your order, we will fully refund your postage when you return or exchange(except for items shipped).
CANCELLATIONS:
Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.
But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $10 restocking fee per item.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If there is a problem with the order, e-mail or Whatsapp contact us within 7 business days of the receipt. Attach your order number, a description of the problem with the item and photos, let us know of your return or exchange.
You will get an effective return address via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without address is provided.
Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.
Drop off your package at your return courier’s station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
Allow up to 30 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at e-mail or Whatsapp to follow up on your request.
Refund or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, Production costs for personalised items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
NOTICE:
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items.
In addition the customer may be liable for customs charges on the returned items, which will be incurred when the returned items arrive at customs in China.

This is a custom jersey which was not manufactured by or in any manner associated with any professional sports brand, league or manufacturer. Our customized jersey which is independently produced and designed carries no professional sports league designation or brand.
Jersey reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
